Job Summary:

The Hiring Business Analyst (Pre Sales and Post Sales) will be responsible for understanding client requirements, analyzing business needs, and contributing to project proposals during the pre-sales phase. Post-sales, this role will ensure smooth project delivery by acting as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring that the solution aligns with business objectives and is delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business needs.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client objectives, challenges, and key success factors.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, project scope documents, and presentations tailored to potential clients.
  • Work with the technical team to estimate project timelines, resources, and costs for proposals.
  • Engage in client meetings and discussions to demonstrate the company’s capabilities and solutions.
  • Provide insight into market trends and competitive analysis to help define sales strategies.

Post-Sales:

  • Act as a liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
  • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they align with client expectations and project timelines.
  • Support clients in the requirement validation process and ensure they are involved at each stage of development.
  • Manage any scope changes or additional requests from clients during the development phase.
  • Ensure the final solution meets business objectives and user expectations.
  • Help with user training and onboarding for clients, as required.
  • Provide post-delivery support, including troubleshooting and addressing client feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the web and app development domain.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of web development, mobile app development, and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Flutter, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Client-Focused: Experience in managing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating clear and concise business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and project proposals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues during both pre-sales and post-sales phases and come up with effective solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
